STATEMENT
Yunda Suh (South Korea) is an artist based in Bremen, Germany, and a content producer focusing on Korea. I am pursuing a Fine Arts diploma at the University of the Arts Bremen, where I also completed my undergraduate studies in Digital Media. Before this, I studied Digital Arts in South Korea and worked as a motion graphic designer.
My work explores themes of diversity and coexistence, primarily through interactive art installations and videos. As a versatile artist, I utilize multiple media, including performance art, video, sound art, and design. Additionally, I manage a YouTube channel where I document the life of an artist living in Germany.
In April 2024, I was honored to receive a scholarship from Closeup by Nordmedia, which enabled me to present my work at Filmfest Bremen. This opportunity has reinforced my commitment to exploring and promoting the recognition of diversity through my art.
My ultimate goal is to become a globally active media installation artist, dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of diversity in all its forms.
